Clever Groom Creates ‘James Bond’-Inspired Invite Filled With Tricky Puzzles

Creative goom-to-be Mike, who runs his own IT Security firm, has created a clever, James Bond-inspired groomsman invite, which requires his band of brothers to have the skills and intelligence to decode puzzles in order to get their reward.

Imgur user FunkyFreshMonke was one of the groomsmen to receive the ingenious invite, and has uploaded photos of the mysteries he had to solve.

What seemed like a regular cigar box that has been locked so that TSA wouldn't get into it easily, along with a pseudo “James Bond Credit Card”, turned out to be a secret holder for a set of lock pick to help them unlock the box.

Apart from a cigar, a small bottle of whiskey, and a bow tie, a strip of binary code was also included in the box.

The code led him to the couple’s wedding webpage, on which he had to figure out the password—he spent another five hours on deciphering the encrypted message.

Head over here to see the invite in full details, and get updates on the what the reward is.
