New Version Of World’s First 3D-Printing Pen Is More Awesome Than Ever

When the 3Doodler, “the world’s first 3D-printing pen”, first launched back in 2013, it garnered US$2.3million in pledges on Kickstarter.

After nearly two years of research and development, WobbleWorks, the company behind this popular product, has launched a new and improved version that is simply named 3Doodler 2.0—with 18 days to go, it has already achieved more than 10 times its original Kickstarter funding goal.

Weighing just 50 grams, the 3Doodler 2.0 is designed to be slimmer, lighter, stronger and easier to use than its predecessor—in addition to enhanced features such as a redesigned, better-performing nozzle and significantly reduced power consumption, this nifty 3D-printing pen also comes with an exciting new range of accessories, which includes a portable power pack and six changeable nozzles for drawing in various thickness.
