The scientists at the University of California, Berkeley and California State University have recently released a new study, which confirms that cat people and dog people do indeed have different personality traits.
While you may already think so due to your own experiences, this study brings a scientific basis to predicting what a person is like just by looking at the pets they own.
According to this study, cat people are “more creative, adventurous, and anxious” while dog people “tend to be more extroverted, secure, and risk-averse”.
Another interesting discovery from this study is that the most neurotic people also tend to be the best pet owners.
Do you agree with the findings of this study—and are you a dog person or a cat person?
