One of the most iconic scenes in “The Simpsons” is the chalkboard sequence at the beginning of every episode, where Bart is being punished and made to write out a single phrase repeatedly. Each episode features a unique phrase.
A website, titled “Bart’s Blackboard”, is an archive of these cheeky chalkboard writings. Despite being intended as a piece of punishment, the writings often end up being ironic, nonsensically funny and a manifestation of Bart's unstoppable mischievous streak.
