Dubai-based photographer Martin Beck has created a series of portraits titled ‘We Can Be Heroes’, in which he replaces indestructible champions with average Joes and Janes donning superhero outfits.
Instead of burly men in spandex suits or agile female protectors with alluring physiques, Beck has conceptualized heroes in more realistic and relatable scenarios without their superhuman powers.
Through the collection, Beck wants to bring across the message that everyone can be a hero with the ability to help others.
