Ten Commandments Of Sushi





Writer Tom Downey shares ‘The Ten Commandments of Sushi’, accompanied with illustrations by Japanese artist Chie Ushio.



From using hands to eat sushi and complementing the meal with sake, the narration is a lively account of how to savor the Japanese cuisine.



Downey’s article is part of Medium’s Gone series of travel stories, in partnership with Marriott.
