This eye-opening ad for skincare brand Garnier demonstrates how fatigue ages a woman by five years over the course of a day.

In the ad, the camera crew take her photo at the start of the day and show it to various strangers, who estimate that she is in her late twenties or early thirties.

We follow her as she drops her kids off at school, goes about her day at work, attends an aerobics class, and shops for groceries.

At the end of the day, her picture is taken again and shown to another group of strangers, with most commenting that she looks to be in her late thirties and forties.

The ad was created by Paris agency Publicis Conseil.
