This Practical App Helps Men And Women Track Their Fertility

Initially designed to cater to women only, the ‘Glow’ app recently had its features expanded to enable men to track their fertility cycles as well.

Recognizing that questions regarding reproductive cycles can be considered a taboo topic for many, the team behind ‘Glow’ seized this opportunity to help users tackle factors that can affect one’s chances of reproducing.

These include diet, sleep duration, fitness, and even proximity to heat, which according to Jennifer Tye, the Vice President of Partnerships and Marketing at Glow, is not good for sperm quality.

In addition to helping couples with pregnancies, the app collects an abundance of data for research purposes.

You can download the app from the App Store and Google Play.
