Located in Hollywood, California, a chic cocktail bar called The Powder Room is already advertising for its US$500 milkshake even before it officially opens on 22 November 2013.
Although the recipe has yet to be refined, this milkshake will contain edible gold leaf, “the finest” Belgian chocolates, and a US$190 Swarovski Nirvana Mountain Ring mixed in with an assortment of liquors.
The ring can be taken home after consuming the drink, and is perfect for “a bachelorette party or a special occasion,” says the owner, John Arakaki.
In the meantime, we are all kept in suspense—we have no idea what this luxury concoction would taste like.
