The Make-A-Wish Foundation Lets A 5-Year-Old Be Batman For A Day

The Make-A-Wish Foundation has decided to let 5-year-old Miles be Batman for a day on 15 November 2013 by 'converting' San Francisco into Gotham City.

Suffering from leukemia, Miles’ itinerary includes recuing a damsel from being hit by cable car tracks, capturing the Riddler at the bank as well as saving Gotham City’s iconic mascot from the Penguin’s evil clutches.

Finally, the tiny caped crusader will end the day at City Hall, where the Police Chief and Mayor of Gotham City will thank him for doing a good job.

Other perks include driving a realistic version of the Batmobile and getting to use a “batphone”.

The residents of San Francisco are encouraged to participate, and several Redditors have already agreed to put on costumes just to make it more fun.

Just in time for the season of giving, we sure hope that Miles will have a lot of fun on his special day.
