New York-based designer Olivia Barr has created Not-A-Camera, a laser-cut wooden camera that is only half an inch thick, which you can wear around your neck.
However, rather than just being a quirky fashion accessory, there is much more than meets the eye—this “fake” camera is actually a fully functioning real camera that is capable of capturing high quality videos and photographs.
Concealing a spy camera with a hidden lens and microphone, this fun gadget was originally made for Barr’s 101-year-old grandmother, who started taking pictures in her 90s.
The Not-A-Camera is available for sale here—there is also a mirror front version for taking selfies.
