Cronut Chef Unveils A Vanilla Ice-Cream Waffle Bathed In Maple Syrup Espresso





Cronut chef Dominique Ansel’s latest creation, the “Waffogato”, is a sinful cup of caffeinated goodness.



Ansel unveiled this creation at a culinary event called “Taste Of A Nation”, and it is set to hit his stores soon.



According to Ansel, this dessert consists of a “vanilla ice cream waffle with Belgium waffle bits, slightly salted, and topped with maple-syrup espresso poured on top”. When the ice-cream melts, the tapioca pearls can be seen floating in the melted ice-cream espresso sauce.
