Infographic: Translating Client-Speak Like A Pro





Receiving client feedback can be a tricky and confusing affair. They tend to say one thing, but they actually mean something else.



To help designers understand and translate ‘client-speak’, Plato Web Design created an infographic.



Titled ‘Translating Client-Speak Like A Pro’, this ‘cheat sheet’ explains what clients really mean when providing feedback.



For example, if they want something to look more luxurious, what they really want is “wide, thin fonts in caps with a whole lot of letter spacing”. And if they say “I’ll know what I want when I see it”, they are actually lying.
