In the fall, the Japanese eat yaki-mo, which is a warm baked sweet potato. This treat is a favorite among many Japanese, and so, they have made an ice-cream that looks like this snack.

The snack consists of a roasted sweet potato wafer cake. Beneath the wafer, there is a sweet potato cream filling mixed with sweet potato paste. Chocolate is used to make the potato look burned.

It is not known how much this treat costs—it may be worth trying to see how it tastes.

Would you try this quirky snack?
