The Ho-Ho-Honut: Your Classic Christmas Dinner Encapsulated In A Donut

Based in Essex in the United Kingdom, bakery Godfreys and creatives from ad agency Karmarama have conjured up ‘the ultimate Christmas treat’, also known as ‘The Ho-Ho-Honut’.

The Ho-Ho-Honut’s microsite describes it as ‘the best bits of Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, crafted into a savoury donut.’

Owner of Godfreys of Hornchurch, Mark Godfrey, wanted to inject a bit of Christmas classic flavour combinations into their baking.

What it actually is, is ‘a light sage infused dough, dusted with turkey salt and a roasted potato crumb finished with cured maple candied bacon and a cranberry drizzle glaze. One bite into this festive feast reveals a seasonal surprise—its thick gravy centre.’

Ho-Ho-Honuts will be on sale at will be available in Godfreys flagship store in Hornchurch, Essex, United Kingdom while stocks last.
