The ‘World First Bionic Bra’ That Adjusts Itself When Your Breasts Move

Ladies, if you often find that bras are not giving you the right amount of support that you need, these “bionic bras” might be just the thing for you.

A team of researchers from Australia has created a prototype of a ‘Bionic Bra’, which is believed to be the “world-first” sports bra that automatically tightens and loosens in response to the wearer’s breast movements.

The “smart” bra, which took the team 15 years to develop at the University of Wollongong, adjusts itself accordingly when the user is moving or resting, giving her the proper amount of fit and support when necessary.

Created with soft material integrated with fibers that function like “artificial muscles”, the Bionic Bra looks like your typical sports bra, save for the bulky clasps on its back.

Currently, the team is still working on improving and refining their product into a “functional, comfortable bra”.

Would you consider wearing one of these Bionic Bras in the future?
