“Jena and Andrew has just checked into Grand Central Station with about 450 other people!”
YouTube prankster Jena Kingsley has partnered with Relationship Science and their new app MINE by RelSci, to conduct a funny social experiment on the streets of New York City.
With people relying heavily on social networks—like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram—to communicate with one another, Jena wanted to test if social media activities really made sense in real life.
In the video, she alerts a woman on the street that she’s “following” her now, and proceeds to “poke” a strangers and asked if he would like to “poke” her back.
Unsurprisingly, her experiment left most of the people bewildered and taken aback by her behavior.
