Micro Letterpress Printer Creates Unique Business Cards With 3D-Printed Plates

Stampomatica is a “3D letterpress” that brings vintage printing techniques together with 21st century technology.

Described as “analogic micro-machines to print business cards and postcards”, Stampomatica is available in two models—a smaller press for creating business cards and a postcard-sized lever for producing paper goods like invitations, announcements and coasters.

To use these self-assembly micro letterpress printers, first start designing your plate and the print it out using a 3D-printer—if you do not have access to a 3D printer, Stampomatica is planning to set up a 3D-printing service to produce these plates for you.

Head over here to find out more about these new-meets-old micro letter press printers—would you like to get one of these?
