Clean Redesign Of The Bible App Allows Fast Navigation, Makes Reading Enjoyable

With technology replacing the traditional bible these days, former Apple designer Kory Westerhold—now a product designer at Twitter—and Aaron Martin, design director at Yahoo, have designed a beautiful bible reading interface that helps “get rid of everything between you and the scripture”.

The ‘NeuBible’ is a simplified app for the bible, bearing modern hand-picked fonts that are void of Italicized cursive. It is also engineered to load faster, with a real-time quick search function allowing readers to get to their books and verses as quickly as possible.

Readers can also bring up the left-side search bar easily by double-tapping on the screen, and the navigation will automatically disappear when it goes back to reading mode.

The app is packed with different themes for a more enjoyable reading experience, and is available in a few translations, which can be expanded via the in-app purchase.

The NeuBible is currently only available for iPhones, which can be downloaded here. The Android and iPad version will be available soon.
