The government of Ontario has come up with a jarring PSA featuring perpetrators thanking onlookers who do nothing to stop the former’s acts of sexual harassment or assault.
The campaign hopes to convey the message that if individuals were to keep quiet or not stop these acts upon witnessing them, it is in fact condoning sexual violence and helping these violators.
The one-minute-long video then jolts the viewers by asking ‘#WhoWillYouHelp’.
