PC Brands Makes Fun Of The New Ultra-Thin MacBook On Twitter

After Apple unveiled its new MacBook—the thinnest laptop that that company has ever made—a few days ago, rival PC brands were quick to make fun of it on social media.

Taking to Twitter to broadcast their cutting remarks, Asus, Dell and Lenovo each came up with their own ways to mock the new Apple product, which they criticized for its size, resolution and price.

While Lenovo dismisses the new MacBook’s much talked about thinness as being “so last year”, Asus states that its Zenbook UX305 is slimmer and cheaper. Dell also jumps onto the Apple-bashing bandwagon by tweeting about its superior “virtually borderless infinity display”.

View the mocking tweets from the PC brands below—although it is always fun to watch competing brands take jabs at one another, what do you really think about the new MacBook vis–à–vis its rivals?

WE SEE YOUR thin laptop (#SoLastYear) & raise you 3 modes, 2 USB ports & a higher-resolution touch display. http://ift.tt/1BtVFrc

ZenBook UX305 is even slimmer than the new Macbook. It's also about half the price. #Incredible http://ift.tt/1L1b4H2

Our #DellXPS 13’s virtually borderless infinity display has 5.7M pixels - that's 2M more than a 12” retina display. http://ift.tt/1L1b4GY
