Formerly from the comic book industry, Erik Jones's distinct graphic style features a mix of pop styling, sporadic patterns and marks combined with the disjointed female form.
Jones was not satisfied with mere animation and soon turned to painting. His pieces move the viewer's eyes around in an organized fashion despite the chaos of color and patterns.
Building on each figure by adding shapes, Jones uses various types of media to make each piece textured and layered, like a collage. It is important for him to keep each piece balanced and not glorify the female figure.
