An Interactive Rain-Inspired Installation Made With 800 Condoms

Spanish artistic group Luzinterruptus recently exhibited an interactive installation in Madrid which employs the use of 800 condoms.

Called ‘Prophylactic rain that doesn’t wet anything’, the group filled the condoms with blue water and a small light source—turning them into ‘raindrops’.

They then invited viewers to walk through the installation—touching and feeling the ‘rain’ along the way.

According to the group, they wanted to create a “sensory and relaxing refuge, suitable for all audiences”.
