The old exterior of the Chungha building in South Korea’s Gangnam District showcased many conflicting identites.
To keep the new look of this shopping more consistent, the architectural firm MVRDV revamped the building with brightly colored windows, with each window showcasing a different store.
Its multi-faceted new look gives the Gangnam District more character, drawing visitors to the window displays.
