Minimalist Illustrations Make Good Use of Negative Space





We have seen the surreal illustrations of Tang Yau Hoong, but this Malaysian illustrator is also pretty adept at composition.



While some designers may struggle with negative space, Tang’s eponymous series shows how leaving blank spaces in your work can sometimes lead to beautiful compositions.



Each picture is thought through and executed, without excessive use of color.
