Penguin Book Covers Get Redesigned By Street Artists

by Yok

Penguin Street Art series is a new collaborative project by Penguin UK that combines literature and street art.

For this project, Penguin invited 10 renowned street artists to redesign the covers of several classic books, giving them a more “urban edge” feel.

The redesigned covers include classic books such as Mohsin Hamid’s The Reluctant Fundamentalist, Jonathan Coe’s What a Carve up!, Nick Hornby’s How to be Good, and William Boyd’s Armadiollo.

What do you think of these ‘street art’ book covers?
