The ‘Cube’ is a nifty gadget from Australian product development studio SwatchMate that lets you capture the color of any surface that you place it on.
It contains a sphere with an internal light source and color sensor that captures color. To use, simply place the ‘Cube’ on an object, pair it to your phone with Bluetooth, and it records the color to your phone or directly into Photoshop on your computer.
It is compatible with iOS and Android devices, and stores up to 20 colors at a time.
