A group of industrial designers from the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology based in Taiwan have designed ‘Fun Pinball’, a twist on classic pinball that allows children to recreate pinball in whichever ways they want.
Serving as a toy set that teaches kids preliminary physics and encourages creativity, experimentation as well as interaction with others, Fun Pinball serves a dual purpose of education, as well as fun.
Each piece of Fun Pinball are magnetic, easily combined and exchanged. This allows one to play on surfaces such as classroom whiteboards and fridges.
Fun Pinball was so recognized that it was awarded ‘Best Of The Best’ in the Red Dot Award 2014.
