A student project directed by Jakob Schmidt, Felix Fischer, and Carolin Schramm resulted in a beautiful animated short film titled ‘Lost Cubert’, a film that epitomises the workday from hell.

In the film, the protagonist, Cubert, has his entire life determined by work. He repeats tasks and routines monotonously. All of a sudden, he is confronted with insanity when he can’t seem to escape.

The German short film has already been selected to screen at festivals around the world, including Estonia's Animated Dreams, Mexico's Cutout Fest and Korea's Asiana International Short Film Festival.
