A Beautiful, Custom Blown Pint Glass With A Mountain Rising From Its Base

Standing at 11,250 feet, Mount Hood is Oregon's highest mountain and a well-known landmark, being visible up to 100 miles away. It is no wonder Oregon-based glass blowers, North Drinkware have chosen to design a glass to pay tribute to this majestic landmark.

The team profess a strong affinity for the mountains and also recognize the booming beer scene in Oregon, thus choosing to embody these connections in their creation.

Using topographic data from United States Geological Survey (USGS), each custom-blown pint glass, named The Oregon Pint, will feature a 3D model of Mt Hood rising from its base. The design is intentional, so that "your beer cascades around the mountain when you pour it into the glass."

The team is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to fund their creation. You can purchase their glasses here, and choose to receive exclusive Mt Hood coasters specially made by Shwood.
