Imaginative, Magical Scenes That Are Filled With Rich Colors, Intricate Patterns

From bright colorful paintings to intricate paper cuttings, Romanian artist Andrea Dezsö's portfolio is wonderfully eclectic. Her grasp on the various artistic techniques can be attributed to her eagerness to play with various materials and her attention to detail.

She draws mainly from her own imagination, combining visual elements from what she observes in nature and from people. She is skilled at enriching an image with ornamental patterns, using markers, brush pens and color pencils.

Her colorful, uplifting scenes can be enjoyed by commuters at two New York City subway stations. Her work is also currently exhibited at the Nancy Margolis Gallery in New York.
