The Taronga Zoo in Sydney has just welcomed 20 newly hatched chameleons, with three more clutches of eggs that will be hatching this week.
These adorable tiny hatchlings measures about five centimeters long, and are the first to be born at the zoo in over five years.
They are currently housed in a temperature-controlled area—away from the eyes of the public until they reach maturity—and are feed on a healthy diet of crickets.
While the adult chameleons are able to display a full spectrum of color depending on their temperature and mood, these little ones are stuck between a delightful green and brown for now.
