With Easter being right around the corner, you may already be looking forward to eating all those delicious chocolate eggs that come with the season.
UK-based chocolate company Betty’s has produced a lovely video that shows how their huge Imperial Easter Eggs are created—these hand-made works of edible art are embellished with intricate icing designs.
Using skills that have been passed down since 1919, the chocolatiers make this 50 cm high egg with 5.4 kg of the finest Swiss Grand Cru chocolate—each half of the egg has an extra-thick shell that consists of three layers of chocolate.
