A Delightful Sushi Platter Made With Marshmallow Fluff, Fish Gummies, Sweets

Lee Manne, owner of New York-based candy shop Stieber’s Sweet Shoppe has created a gorgeous sushi platter with an assortment of sweets.

To make this platter, all you would need is homemade rice crispy treats as the rice base, Marshmallow Fluff to stick all the ingredients together, fish gummy, fruit leather, rainbow licorice ropes, and some creativity.

For instance, to form the Nigiri, simply mold the shape of the rice crispy treats into a shape that resembles a fish stick, apply Marshmallow Fluff to the back of a fish gummy and stick it onto the rice crispy stick. Finish by wrapping Fruit by the Foot around its body.
