Finnish artist Janne Parviainen has created a series of impressive topographical light paintings by tracing entire rooms with LED lights—capturing the effects with long exposure shots.
According to Parviainen, light painting photography is considered an art form in which photos are manipulated manually by using a series of light sources during long camera exposures.
No postproduction editing should be done to the photos, and the results should come directly from the camera.
According to the artist, it took him about 30 minutes to ‘light paint’ each room—tracing every surface and object in the room with LED lights.
