Google has created a way for its Gmail users to have video conferences right from their inbox.
Unlike the video chat introduced in Gmail way back—which was based on peer-to-peer technology—the new Hangout lets users chat to up to nine friends or colleagues at a go.
The Hangout also delivers better quality and higher reliability, and lets you reach those on Gmail and Google+ in the browser or on Android or iOS devices.
Users can watch YouTube videos together, collaborate Google documents, share screens, and add effects to the conversation at a click of a button.
