Old-School Arcade Machine Gets A Modern Update

London-based Tom Goodfellow gave the old-school, retro arcade machine we know an updated look.

Called ‘Replay Arcade’, the custom-made upright arcade machine was built from scratch—from its frame to its controls and coin door—so that it was “modern, slim and upright”.

Its exterior was given a simple look of clean lines, to complement modern interiors—but to keep it retro, Replay Arcade has arcade-industry standard buttons and joystick.

The machine has 60-in-one Jamma game board that contains classics—such as Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong and Space invaders—and apparently lets you get the authentic experience of chasing high-scores, and even putting in the “last go 20p”, according to Goodfellow.
