To show how smart their animals really are, SPCA Auckland has teamed up with MINI to teach three homeless dogs to drive a car.

Through its campaign called ‘Driving Dogs’, the SPCA is hoping to find homes for thousands of its abandoned dogs.

“They may be a mixed up motley bunch, but they’re all smart and they’re all loveable,” said campaign’s Facebook page.

With the help of several animal trainers, the SPCA hopes to train the “world’s first driving dogs”.
