BBH London has put together a series of 'AAARGH'-ads for British soft drink brand, Tango.
Apart from some reactions to the ad itself, the "AAARGH!" exclamation is also in reference to the effect Tango drinks have on the main person in every spot.
The most stereotypical of the lot features a turbaned man with a heavy accent, behind the counter in a convenience store. He sports a gold chain and presumably listens to the Indian-sounding music used as a sound bed for the spot. He has some Tango on the job and immediately pumps up to a Hulk-like size and engages in an AAARGH show-down with two customers.
The other two ads featured here show young people in everyday situations—walking down a field together and texting—and how drinking Tango pumps up the drinker's day, literally.
What do you think about BBH's new ads for Tango? Ah! or AAARGH!?
