The River Thames in England is predicted to be getting a pedestrian bridge with a garden.
The idea—proposed by designers at London’s Heatherwick Studio, founded by British designer Thomas Heatherwick—features a walkway with trees, grasses and flowers.
The garden bridge lets passersby enjoy the greenery and the view of London city and River Thames—while leisurely crossing the from north to south London or vice versa, and escaping the city noise.
It would be located between two existing bridges, Blackfriars and Waterloo, and would cost £60 million.
