A Russian commercial for tampon brand Tampax, recently released by LiveLeak.com, hilariously imagines the terror of going swimming in open waters when you’re having your period.
The ad starts off with a hot girl making her way to the waters to take a dip, but ends unexpectedly a while after she leaves the shore.
According to the ad, a shark is more likely to attack you if you’re menstruating—thus, you need a leak-proof tampon to ‘keep you safe’.
