California-based comics writer Pablo Stanley has been working with tech company Koding over the past few months; and thus, has been surrounded by the “geek/nerd culture”, according to him.
As a tribute to these tech experts this festive season, he illustrated a lengthy tongue-in-cheek comic that humorously pokes fun at how he thinks geeks celebrate Christmas in their own charming way.
From writing Christmas cards in J. R. R. Tolkien’s ‘Lord of the Rings’ Elvish language, to opening self-bought gifts they ordered online, and even putting up a LEGO ‘Star Wars’ Nativity set—the comic entitled ‘How Geeks Celebrate Xmas’ lists some of the activities you could probably imagine your next geeky friend engaging in this month.
