Korean designer Seungbin Jeong created a functional self-watering plant pot that hopes to evoke happy, childlike emotions in adults, while showing children a fun and simple way of caring for nature.
The cloud-shaped tub is made to hold a small amount of water which is released through five small holes at its base, providing an even amount of water dispersal on the plants in the pot below it.
The dripping effect emulates natural rainfall, ensuring the plants receive just the right amount of water. The ‘rainy pots’ can be fixed on the wall, adding a touch of nature-inspired whimsy to your house.
