To bring the perennial ugly Christmas sweater up a notch, Mark Rober—who left his job at NASA to concentrate on his digital clothing line Digital Dudz—has created festive sweaters whose seasonal motifs actually move.
These sweaters are made possible with a special pocket in which one can insert a mobile device—using a companion app, one is able to make it look as if the kitschy burning log or snow globe design on the sweater is animated.
