Tasked to create an editorial for food magazine Cherry Bombe’s ‘Baked’ issue, London-based photographer Catherine Losing sought inspiration from the immediately recognizable patterned motifs of iconic fashion brands.
Losing worked with food stylist Iain Graham to create colorful, visually pleasing sugary confections modeled after Chanel, Fendi, Burberry, Missoni, and Dior.
Using ingredients like fruit leather, blueberries and macaroons, the pair recreated delicate quilt and vibrant zigzag and tartan patterns, resulting in delicious, mouthwatering desserts that convey the luxury of high fashion brands.
