Massive ‘Star Wars’ Snow Sculptures Made With Bulldozers

Riding high on the Star Wars fever, one of the main highlights from the 66th annual Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan features a massive, Lucasfilms-approved snow sculpture display called ‘Snow Star Wars’.



Built by army troopers from the 11th Brigade of the Japan Ground Self-Defence Force, the realistic snow sculptures of Darth Vader, complete with an “icy lightsaber”, and Stormtroopers took the team almost a month to complete.
