As an initiative to save water and make the world a better place, adidas has teamed up with Yeh Group to put color into its clothes without the use of any water.
The ‘DryDye’ technology uses 50% less energy, 50% fewer chemicals, and zero amount of water to dye clothes—the revolutionary technique uses a pressurized form of carbon dioxide instead.
This summer, adidas will also be making 50,000 DryDye T-shirts with fabric from the Yeh Group—saving 1,250,000 liters of water.
