There are some words in other languages that don’t exist as a word in English—London-based Irish illustrator Fuchsia Macaree regards them as ‘untranslatable words’.
In her series entitled ‘Untranslatable’, she lists words that start with A to Z, from various languages—such Mandarin, Italian, French, German and Ancient Greek—and describes what they mean in more than a few words.
