A chef at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, Bernard Faucher, likes to play around with 3D printers so that he can get creative with food he serves.
Using the 3D printers, Faucher prints pasta in different shapes, according to the needs of the company’s employees.
He controls the temperature and time during the printing process, and puts pasta dough and vegetables to create “a very distinct and customisable shape,” he tells Dance New England.
Besides experimenting with technology, it seems the internet giant is ahead of time when it comes to food as well.
Unfortunately, a video interview with Fuacher on YouTube has been recently removed.
