For the first issue of UK food and culture journal Gourmand, art director Jamie Brown created a charming photo spread featuring specially-arranged plates of food that represent various design movements of the 20th century.
A creative way to link food with design, each piece of food art is carefully positioned to relate to a certain design philosophy founded in the last century—the result is both interesting and eye-catching.
